Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Oversee daily operation of all pastry production

- Knowledge of high quality pastry and dessert preparation

- Pastry Finisher / Decorator experience

- Training & Supervision of support staff

- Track Stock and Inventory control

- Good organizational skills, strong work ethic
